This look cast and doesn't appeared to be authentic. IMO.

This look cast and doesn't appeared to be authentic
i appreciate your expertise ,i am also suspicious/skeptical
i do have experience with USSD's it appears authentic to me
perhaps some anomaly ?

It's either a cast counterfeit or genuine with severe environmental damage. How does the thickness of the reeded edge compare to another example?

It looks real but heavily worn and/or corroded. The metal bit is in the right position for the bottom of an S mintmark.

dave700x has sums it up pretty well, especially the obverse has that look of acid treatment, the motto doesn't look sharp compared to other genuine coin.
Or as other said, it can be genuine but due to corrosion, it has that cast appearance.
