This look cast and doesn't appeared to be authentic. IMO.

26.55 g, not magnetic purchased from reputable ebay seller, 17k feedbacks 99.9% since 1999 in a lot not specified by date or mm passes ring test I believe authentic

Thank you for your opinion macmercury what makes you believe This look cast and doesn't appeared to be authentic i appreciate your expertise ,i am also suspicious/skeptical i do have experience with USSD's it appears authentic to me perhaps some anomaly ?

It's either a cast counterfeit or genuine with severe environmental damage. How does the thickness of the reeded edge compare to another example?

It looks real but heavily worn and/or corroded. The metal bit is in the right position for the bottom of an S mintmark.

dave700x has sums it up pretty well, especially the obverse has that look of acid treatment, the motto doesn't look sharp compared to other genuine coin. Or as other said, it can be genuine but due to corrosion, it has that cast appearance.
