came across this 2002P LMC with DDR but next to Lincoln has slanted steps? any opinions on this one?

RDV-008 has the (Strengthened Right Memorial Steps)

But there appear to be bag mark on the top step on column #7 and on the column #5. Just PSD.

Hi, CoinTheTerm.

Nice coin you found. To me, looking at your coin... right of Lincoln was a broken die from the 5th pillar that landed on the 5th bay; left of Lincoln - bays 8,9,10,& 11 were die abrasions.... I might be wrong...

The experts are more knowledgeable.... I am in the learning process....

As for the diagonal lines, it looks like a case of feeder finger?

When they appear in the other direction on the reverse they are higher up on the design:
