What year is your coin? Looks like Machine Doubling to me.

it is a 1997 and it is not flat

Can't tell for sure, your photo is a little dark but it does not look like a DDO for 1997 .
I have found three so far roll searching .

wrongalot, the easiest pick up point is the die chip inside the loop of R in AMERICA. If it's there chances are you have the doubled ear, if not, most likely Machine Doubling. Good luck, took me over 60,000 cents to find one.

No it is not the 1997 Doubled Ear. Your coin exhibits Machine Doubling damage.
