Compared below, Valentinian II, then your coin, then Theodosius. (I say that because this was one of the few Velentinian coins in my example I could find with the arm bent like that. paralyse Bedrock of the Community United States 12057 Posts	Posted 11/25/2019 10:07 pm When I see the staurogram in the left reverse field with the poor fellow being dragged along by his hair I think Arcadius or Theodosius so I agree it's probably a Theodosius issue. I can see what looks like DN THEOD ... AVG, and SALVS REI PVBL.. is pretty clear on the reverse.
