I don't believe it is worth sending in for authentication/grading because I don't believe yours would grade CAM or DCAM and may not be high enough grade otherwise. The most common grade through PCGS is PF-66 and that might bring $60 encapsulated. Raw would be less, but still significantly more than melt value.
