Very interesting item, but it does not look like a coin to me.
Perhaps an ingot or a personal item bearing the name of the silversmith or owner (is the mass greater than 30 g?)? I do not know the 19th century history of your part of Europe very well, but I cannot find a reference to emergency coinage like this for the year 1852.
I also briefly considered whether this could be an item from 1582, rather than 1852, but this does not fit with the style of the numeral 1, which I think appears in central Europe only after 1600.
Hopefully someone will give a more definitive answer.
