My bad, all this time I thought it was a double die I was searching for but just read how it was something deliberately done by a mint employee. Is that correct?

I know! I have bought boxes an boxes of quarters from the bank and never found one when I was literally hunting for one of these. So I'm sitting in my car at the dollar store earlier, pulling quarters out of my change jar from today at work when I saw a Wisconsin quarter. It crossed my mind but still almost didn't even look at the reverse because I figured there was no way there would be one in my loose change. I dont have good luck like that ya kno... Sure enough, there it was

Why is it not a DDR? The main reason it doesn't copy the hubs design. It was altered on the dies. (yes, plural. More than one die was altered)
