It's a 69 D that seems to have more than one mint mark stamped on it. Or am I just seeing things? Lol... anyone?

I don't think it's a mint mark. I can see the shape you're talking about, but it's not the same size or style as the real D mint mark. Also, if it was a misplaced mint mark it would stand above the surface of the field. This just looks like a light outline.

It's like seeing a face in a cloud, looks like something that's not there.
If an extra mm was stamped, it would be raised and there would
be a lot more than one of them out there.

It is something on the field. If it were a mintmark punch, then it would be the same size as the punch, and also raised. It is neither, so it is not an extra mintmark.
