I'd say VF-30, but there seem to be some troubling dark areas on the reverse.
Rest in Peace

Because of the reverse I'll say VF-20 .

Decent coin. Both dies look to be early middle die state, with fairly sharp lettering. The strike is a bit soft.

The dies were heavily polished to eliminate the usual clash marks. Notice the weakness on the lower second feather, the buffalo's right rear leg, and the top of the buffalo's head. (The tip of the horn was polished away. That isn't just the result of circulation.)

The appearance is a mid-range VF, but I think the technical grade is VF-35, because of the overpolishing and strike weakness. The matching obverse/reverse die state helps eye appeal and value. You are really close with value here.
