I've mentioned in the previous thread that I was unsuccessfully trying to look up a morning purchase.

This is said morning purchase - which I thought might even have been a seal, but on second look appears to be an Islamic coin...

12x11 mm, 1.75 g. The 11 includes the handle thing.

The grayish color is pretty much real; I originally interpreted it as lead, but now I'm suspecting possibly billon? Or could just be weird patina.

Unfortunately, I can't read Arabic (if it's even Arabic at all), so I'm leaving this to the CCF members who can...


(...I sincerely apologize for my regular ID requests. I know I'm not supposed to buy coins that I can't identify, but at those prices - this one was about $1.5 - I have trouble passing them by.)
