Any help is appreciated.

@NN, I don't see this piece on tokencatalog.com. Is there anything on the other side?

@Spence

It's pretty much blank except for a weird spiral texture.

Ok interesting. I'm not sure that it is a token, but perhaps some sort of nameplate for a piece of equipment.

In looking around the interwebs, I think that this may have been a photography studio in the 1960s and located at 95 Bloor Street. They are mentioned in the 1965 edition of "Torontonensis" anyways:

This was my father's photography studio. He used these plates on notary seal presses to emboss the company name into various materials. If you still have it, I would be interested in acquiring it as an heirloom. Please let me know.

Hi, thanks for the welcome. I have no desire to be disrespectful. Is there any permissible method to connect me with the poster regarding this item? It has great sentimental meaning for me, as my father has been dead almost 40 years. I'm not looking to break the rules of your forum, but I am not a coin collector and only stumbled across the post by chance. Thanks if you are able to help.

The OP has not been here in a couple years and may not be aware of your request, so I have sent an email to let them know you have replied to this topic.
