Pulled it from an old coin roll. Not sure about DDO or Rmp, I can see something above the D and possible doubling on the R in liberty but it's to worn for me to tell

Looks like a Struck Through Grease error to me. I think I can see a little bit of the S. Standing by to see what the pros say.

The S was mostly grease-filled. Everything else looks normal to me.
