I think it's 029 anyway. I tried to get a closeup oriented just like the reference photo for comparison.

Congrats on the attribution.
Quarters aren't "my thing" but I commend you for sorting through all the possibilities for this year. (Almost as many as the 2002 LMC doubled columns.)

Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.

It looks more like a die abrasion issue to me than DDR, the doubling is totally flat and hazy and it is only enhanced in the very last photo with the light hitting it from different angle, the coin is in a LDS, also note the doubling MD on the front portion of the worker's Hat seen in last pic.I do not see the following Die markers on your coin either, do you?

Die Markers:

Quote:
Obverse:
A small die gouge can be found inside the upper N of UNITED.
Reverse:
A small die gouge can be found north of the 1 in the date.

Chase, I think you're referencing the wrong listing on the page. This looks to be the markers for WDDR-001. I would have linked to WDDR-029 specifically but Wexler doesn't have individual pages for each listing like Brian does with the nickels. I agree that the coin is in a later die state, but I still think this is a DDR. Machine Doubling on the hat doesn't negate that, either.
