What happened to my dime.? It has a weird matte finish green color with blue-like tones. When the light hits it, it is really pretty with blue rainbow iridescent colors. The rim color is also green, which I tried to show in another picture, and I posted a photo of it on my window sill with natural light to see the rainbow effect(last picture) Thanks
It looks like your coin was exposed to some kind of chemical that has toned the surfaces. I have seen coins with bright colored surfaces that were simply washed in detergent. It's not anything that would add value to the coin.
