2001 P Nickel Wrong Finish?

I was just finishing up looking at my nickel rolls before I got back to looking at some pennies and I found a lot of 2001 P nickels and 1 2001 no P nickel, but I also found this odd ball.

It appears to be a 2001 P magnetic 5 cent nickel with a matte finish on both the reverse and the obverse. I found it in a roll of other interesting finds I am about to post.
