Searching never before opened rolls of 1968 S cents. Looking for feedback on the mark under the crossbar of the second "t" in trust. Die chip, or possible DD? It runs parallel to the bar. It is raised, not incuse.

From the image provided, it maybe a die scratch or a die gouge between those devices. A chip if often formless like a spit out wad of gum. This looks more like a different die event that passes between the devices pointed out.
