Found this what I believe is a 1995 LMC WAM but the last digit of the date is hard to read, would this be an example of Struck Through Grease or over polished die? Any help would be appreciated and thank you in advance

A minor Greaser. Also, the " Wide AM" is normal and is the intended design for the year. You need to look for the 1998, 1999, and 2000 Wide AM Cents. https://www.error-ref.com/struck-th...-grease-oil/ http://www.lincolncentresource.com/wideams.html

Definitely not a 1995 cent, obverse design is slightly different. Looks like 1991.

Ok thank you for the replies but I am confused on the Wide AM, according to the article they changed the WAM to a narrow AM after 1992 for business strikes and in 1994 they went to the WAM for proofs and narrow AM for business strikes so would a 1995 business strike be a variety?

Here's a good link for memorial reverse designs: http://www.varietyvista.com/01b%20L...arieties.htm
The ones highlighted in blue, pink, or red are non-intentional variations and would be rare (such as 1992 Close AM, 1999 Wide AM, etc.)

Close AM is normal for 1995 business cents, a Wide AM would be unusual.
Wide AM is normal for all 1991 cents.

It is a Wide AM, but I agree with Tanman2001 that it is most likely a 1991, so all it has going on is a minor Grease Fill on the date.

Or a 1992? There are some things on the obverse that will help you to see the differences on the 1992 Wide AM's and the 1993 Close AM's:
