I cashed my check today and received a 100 dollar bill that has a PG G stamp on it at the upper right hand side beside the 100 mark with the seal. Can anybody inform me of what this maybe? Thanks.

I looked at it closer and it's a PGC stamp.

The area almost looks embossed. There's also a little Statue of Liberty stamp on the right rear.
