Found this 1994 D Jefferson nickel that looks like it may have been struck through debris but I am not for sure, any help would be appreciated and thank you in advance

Looks like a struck though debris, that is still there. On the edge of the coin, you probably can see where it starts and ends, and may even extend to the opposite side of the coin. A piece of debris what struck onto the reverse and edge. Keep it in tact. there maybe a collector of these?
