@Rubska, first welcome to CCF. Second, when I crop, enlarge, and and enhance your pic, I only see some contact marks from circulation wear. What are you seeing with this coin in hand?

Sorry about that the pictures are bad. I looked at this coin with the magnifying glass and the middle line in the letter E is stamped over the horizontal line

That may seem to be the case due to a hit on the letter E that is roughly in line with the central horizontal leg.

Not a Mint error, it's damage.
It happened after the coin was struck.
