@wallet, yes I agree with medieval Austria. These uniface Pfennige are tough to attribute, but this looks closest to Szego #160 to me. The description is "Dragon left, head right; Austrian shield above." I think that the shield has been flattened and now runs together with the dragon's head. If I'm correct, then this coin was issued by Albrecht II out of the Enns mint. I'm not positive though and would welcome others' thoughts.
