Very Small Silver Coin. Asian .. Roman ? Help Required Please.

As shown, a very small silver coin.
Diameter approx 10mm, weight 0.5g.
Any ideas as to what it might be ?

@jbl, that coin is from medieval Venice. I'll try looking in my Biaggi to see if I can nail it down further.


Added: You have a Soldino of the Italian City State of Venice issued by the 60th Doge Andrea Contarini (AD 1368-1382). It is attributed as Biaggi 2646. The obv legend is +Andr9 TAR'DVX and the rev legend is +S. MARCVS. VENETI.
