Not at all attracted top a magnet... it weighs 4.5 grams and looks very much like a proof coin would look

Actually one side of the "coin" appears to show a side view of of whatever that thing is, the other side a top view. The bottom image needs to be rotated 180 degrees.

Probably a pachinko token, some just have random designs on them.

My guess is a tomahawk and a feather.
Pachinko tokens are used in Japanese arcade game machines.

Pachinko token is an excellent guess. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pachinko and then do an image search on pachinko token.
