Unfortunately this seems a fake coin. The patina is not natural

By the way, the genuine coins - the Chalkidian League tetradrachms - depict Apollo on the obverse. As they were minted in the 5th century BC through, I believe, the mid-4th century BC, they predate Alexander the Great.

The legit issues are almost never as round as what we see above, nor are they so flat. Their reverses are sometimes slightly concave. For comparison to the fabric of genuine examples:

1. The style of Apollo on the OP's coin is strongly suggestive that it is a fake.
2. Fine hair details in the low parts of the design are missing.
3. There appears to be a casting sprue on the edge of the coin above Apollo's head.
4. It may be due to the lighting, but the color of the coin suggests that it has a copper alloy core.
