It's made from nonexistent die pairings. This reverse with Datames in a ceremonial robe receiving a blessing from the God ANA https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=68973 This obverse with Arethusa https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=3359675 The porosity is a dead giveaway - these are always well struck unless extremely worn, so the lack of flat spots anywhere on the coin is impossible to rectify with the lack of detail in protected areas.
