Surfaces don't look quite right. The grainy appearance is typical of a cast coin.

how do the fields get so chewed up consistent on both sides and every part of the fields even right up to the devices. either the coin is not genuine or the surfaces were like this on the original planchet and due to corrosion. the value of the coin probably in the $20-25 range does not fit that of a counterfeit so I have to go with the later

I would give it a 35 and I believe the surface pitting is environmental/ corrosion.
The 5 looks like post mint damage.

Could you give us a picture of the edge of the coin? Cast coins sometimes leave a line on the edge.
