Are you referring to the arc running across his collar area? If so, my first impression is damage from the rim of another coin.

@sandeen, first welcome to CCF. Second, I agree that there is an arc-shaped indent across the bust which is just damage (perhaps from th rim of another coin being pressed against this one).

Mostly, I'm referring to the siluette along the the bridge of the nose, plus, when I look at the neck line there Looks to be a double image.. Thoughts?
