Maybe it's just me but does that look like another memorial between the 2nd and 3rd columns? I used a toothpick and applied a good amount of pressure but it's solid. What do you all think?

It looks like a double clash on the reverse die with rotation between the clashes. (even a 1 degree difference could make the 'RTY' show up in a different spot) That is the only thing I can think of for that area.
