9 and 5 in date partially filled - die post break?
B in Liberty looks different?
S in Trust looks different?
O in One, damage?
Is that a Cud on wheat leaf?
I'm trying to get my terminology correct.
Thank you in advance for your time and comments!

I'm fairly new at this but in all my research I've learned this simple tell...If it gouges into the coins surface it's more than likely post strike damage. If it bumps up off of the surface there is a big possibility it's a mint error. Or strike damage. Possibly a Cud.

Yes @john1 nailed it. The oddities with the letters are most likely circulation wear with perhaps a tired die as well.
