2002-D LMC, Did I Finally Find A DDO?

I was looking through my newer LMC's and came across this one, at first I thought it was just the lighting/angle so I looked at it from different angles with different brightness and it did not change, as you can see in the Y of LIBERTY it looks like there is 2, There is also very faint notches in the top left corner of the lettering in LIBERTY but the Y seems more spread out than the rest, is this just MD or did I finally find a DDO?
