Bought these 2 certified coins and welcome your grade and value thoughts. I am really only buying slabbed coins and trying to assemble some higher grade examples. Your observations helps me with grading. I am getting a bit better with my pictures. Once I get better with grading will gladly add some raw coins. thanks

The Wisconsin I will say MS-65, as for the San Diego I will say UNC details PVC residue, green stuff on the obverse.

I'll say 66 on both.

I have a San Diego Half myself, which I grade at MS64.
I am free to grade my example, raw, in hand, with a 10x loupe just as the TRGraders should do.
I have stood on the bridge in Balboa Park looking East at the tower and the dome.

For the pictured coins,
San Diego:
I see a small but noticeable nick on Minerva's right bodice (cover over right boob)
MS-65
Wisconsin:
I see same thing - a small but noticeable nick on the rump of the badger.
MS-65

For both coins, the plastic makes it a bit hard to determine if the other tiny marks are on the coins or on the plastic.

Coinfrog was correct (again). Both coins are PCGS MS 66s.
