2016 LSC With Spiked Shield? Information Please

I found this LSC with what looks like a spike coming out of the shield on the left side just under the motto e pluribus and out of the right top, would this be a die gouge, the areas are raised and do are not affected by a toothpick any information would be appreciated and thank you in advance

Feeder finger marks. There common. I bought a box of 2016's unc. when they first came out. About 85% had marks.
