I found these 2 LMC's in rolls this week.
The one on the left looks like a counter-stamp but of what?
The one on the right appears tp be post-mint damage but I wanted another opinion before I spend it.

Sure are wierd. The one on the right appears to have some kind of design on it. The one on the left appears as if someone spilled something on it. If I were you I'd try https://www.coppercoins.com for this one. Someone there will know for sure.

the upper one looks like it has been heated and over stamped. The reverse looks resolved in some kind of a liquid. I got the same result once when I threw a LMC in 100% lemon juice. the 1979 looks over stamped.
