1829 Bust Half: Input On Grade, Overton #, Originality?

I had a spare $60 and thought this coin might be a good trade for the cash. I haven't received it yet but it looks original and uncleaned in the photos. There is a spot above Liberty's head that might be a concern.

The seller called it Very Fine and I do think it would make a VF20 grade or maybe a tad higher. I would appreciate any input from our CBH experts on grade, Overton number, and/or general appearance and surface quality.

The coin looks good to me. Possibly and O-115 (rev, the 2nd T in STATES is higher than the adjacent A&E) in VF-25ish condition. Might have been cleaned at some point in the past, but 95% of these coins have been cleaned at some point in their life.
