The Coolness Factor doesn't often equate to numismatic value.
This website has examples of collectible (fancy) serial numbers, and like anything else collectible, condition is paramount.

100% spot on.

Also your photo appears to show wear, a stamp mark, and fold creases. So condition is a huge factor in value.

Cool serial number but value I would say is still $20.
