panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18644 Posts	Posted 12/21/2019 10:02 am the 83-O is known for Average to a bit soft strikes. this one exhibits a strong strike which will add to its appeal. the luster is fairly strong. most of what we are seeing is rub from banging against a bag or other coins. however due to the number of these especially in key areas it will reduce the eye appeal and therefore affect the grade. I cant see it at 64 so I'm in at MS63 Report this Post to the Staff
