Why is it so hard to complete the State Quarters?

From a coin roll hunting perspective only.

Thanks

It shouldn't be that hard I'm Canadian and have 12 sets done.

In my experience, it's not all that difficult if one is comfortable keeping coins which aren't in MS64 or better condition. Having said that, it will take searching through hundreds and hundreds of rolls. The greatest challenge I had was filling out the 2009 year--Guam from the Philadelphia mint. After several years I've only come across four.

This is my first attempt at an accomplish able set.
Only have (2) coins to get to finish the State Quarters.
I am successful in not return the coins to the bank
cause most businesses will take quarters.

You should see the tellers faces when I
give them rolls of quarters for gas.
