I'll say EF-45, possibly AU-50.

I'll say AU-55; I only see slight wear on the crown

The pics are blurry..but judging by just the pics provided I'd guess MS-63 or MS-64

This coin is exactly a coin I love taking a chance buying raw on ebay.

You may laugh, but it has an outside chance of being an ms65.

I would say it's probably an ms63 or ms64.

It also however, has a chance of being an au50.

The joys and perils of buying from a picture.

Oh, forgot to mention.....don't even look at the beads folks.

I keep saying 'obverse fields' over and over again.

Why doesn't anyone listen?

Where have you mentioned "obverse fields" even once, much less over and over?

Not in this post, but probably at least 20 times in the last three years, when discussing how ICCS grades high grade MS coins.

'Obverse fields'...that's about all they look for.

There, I said it again.

There's too much high point contact that can not be seen properly with these scans. At first glance it looks like a really nice example, but the longer you look, the more you want better scans.

I'm with doubleeagle on this one. It's a strongly struck coin, a keeper. I can see MS-63 easily on this coin with a chance of it going higher. Yes, this is the one Canadian series that you can really do well with buying raw on ebay.
