Looks like new DDO have not found a match. The eye is doubled along with some numbers in the date. Obverse is slightly off center with the rim being wider from about 10:00 to 2:00 position. The extra eye is raised not indented so it is not a scratch or dent. Opinions welcome.

Looking at V.V listings, This doesn't seen like a DDO to me:

The devices are not showing enlarging of the devices like the attributed dies listed there. Most of the DDOs are on the Motto area. Sometimes after the motto area is affected, the Liberty will be affected. They Eye? Maybe contact. You might check to see the the bottom of that area is flat? But I'm not seeing hub doubling on this coin. What am I missing?

Coop, I haven't seen any like this. The bottom of the 7 and 1 look strange plus the eye looks like another eye was stamped in front of the one on Kennedy's face. Don't know what this one is.
