At his age he is restricted from the internet and I am not ready to to answer a lot of his questions without your help. I apologize in advance if the pictures arent great. He sent them to me by text. His question is ; on this dime is this a mint error that the silver has come off and left copper exposed or man made like a chemical reaction from an experiment ? Thank you all for your help.
