Lincoln Cent 1982 Large Date Lamination Or Vice Job

I have had this cent for a few months and occasionally look at it. It apears to be separated planchet stamped into the front of this cent. The lines are clearly delineated and in the center it has like a zinc blow out . It weighs 3.0 grams so I am assuming it is copper coated zinc . How would the reverse end up on the obverse ? Thanks Rick

Agree with CoinHunter.
Someone has put glue on the coin and pressed another coin into it. We see these on here quit often. Soak it in acetone for awhile and it should come off.

Yes @ch27 is correct. That is dried glue that still has the impression of another cent on it. Not a mint error.
