Don't seem to come across many late date RPM's even though there seems to be quite a few. this one looks to be rotated Clock wise. Looks to be an Late Die State coin judging by the Ridge Ring so I'm hoping it isn't all Die Deterioration or plating. There is split plating below the MM.

There seems to be second upper serif, a little south and west of the primary as well as nice separation on the upper curve.

Thanks for any insight if this is or isn't.

I don't think this is an RPM. I believe it from circulation flattening. Zinc cents are notorious for flattening and appearing doubled. When moisture gets between the plating and the zinc planchet the zinc starts to erode away and when something presses against the copper plating it sinks back into the corroded zinc planchet. To make this point, look at the top of the 7 in pic 6.

Thanks Jim0815. I agree there are some issues on the date.
For some reason, the images didn't come out clear even though they looked ok when taking them.

Both upper curves are raised which is evident in the same image 6. There seems to be extra thickness with separation and even that extra serif. This may be one of those coins that are too "cloudy" to tell.

I'll try to get clearer images tonight.
