I can't remember which year the nickel was, and I am going through old photos on my phone, and I've always wanted to know why the letters and all were still there, yet the Monticello building isn't.
What-Is-The-Term-For-This-Nickel-Reverse?

The circular grooves tell me that it had been grounded down. PSD. As for why the building seems to be more affected than the other devices, it it the tallest device from the field. The lettering does not set up as high as Monticello does.
