It's hard to see your coin, but from what I can see it has serious post mint rim damage. I have one similar:

1990-D-I-Am-New-To-This-But-Am-Interested-As-To-What-This-Is-Thank-You

But you also have some bad zinc rot damage to Lincoln's head. no mint errors here, just pure damage I'm afraid.
