I can't tell from the soft contrast photos if this is a mold of a coin or an actual coin! If it's a coin, it's been very severely damaged, from what? Who knows. Definitely post mint damage... it didn't leave the mint in that condition! As Sel points out, it's still worth a dime until some merchant says no. and to the CCF!
