Here's one of the shiny ones I found. I know they're not worth much, but it sure is pretty . This one is toned blueish green if looked at from an angle. Could it be AT? I tried to get pics of the toning, but it didn't work.

I found it in the 40 lbs. of wheats I've been going through. I found about 8 in that condition, and a whole lot rusted and what not. How would one go about telling if it has been replated or not? Thanks!!

Look at the rim- unaltered steel cents were punched from sheets that had been plated, the planchets themselves were not plated so the edge was exposed and part of the reason why so many rusted prematurely. If they have been replated, then the edge will be plated as well.
