I think it is a P with a weak "leg". I believe the D mintmark is larger than that for this year.

Is the lower part of the P raised? Like does it stick out? Or is it like a grove inward?

From what I'm able to find searching for this particular coin, nothing pops up. So it might not exist, that or you have the only one identified.

In my opinion I would say it isn't. But if we would analysing it closer, with more angles and in more detail, we could probably figure it out.

My thoughts are that it is a possible D over P. The light source is obviously from the right slightly making the raised elements/mint mark "white". The only conclusive way of knowing would be a reputable third party grader. Just make sure you specify so in the submission. If it were mine I take that chance.
