Your piece is a token, not a coin. It is a private token that was struck in Dublin, Ireland sometime after 1781. Per the Red Book, its "date of issue is believed to have been much later than that shown on the token."

Some of the tokens made their way to the United States and circulated on a limited basis.

Based on its poor condition, I would estimate its market value at $15 or less.
