@stp, this isn't my area of expertise, but I see two somewhat similar Civil War Tokens posted on the tokencatalog website:

For starters, it's a civil war token (CWT). It circulated as a coin during the Civil War, but it was not a Federal Government issue. Hence, its status as a token and not a coin. Most collectors consider it a "patriotic" CWT rather than a "store card" CWT. (I'll let you look up the difference!),

Here's an old CCF thread on a token that shares the same reverse (Wilson's Medal side), it's got some great information:

In terms of value, I would suggest $15 or less, based on its condition.
