No Date Lincoln Memorial Cent (Zinc) Mint Error - O/C Plus Large Indent?

Not totally sure, but looks like a straightforward off center strike with a large indent occurring at the same time. Comments on this one appreciated as not 100% sure what I'm seeing here. Coin is 2.49g (zinc) and the FG seems unflared with a fairly wide-looking G in case someone is familiar with these styles and can narrow down the possible years.
