Bought this one on a lark as it doesn't seem like a type I have in my collection. Not totally sure, but looks like a straightforward off center strike with a large indent occurring at the same time.

Comments on this one appreciated as not 100% sure what I'm seeing here. Coin is 2.49g (zinc) and the FG seems unflared with a fairly wide-looking G in case someone is familiar with these styles and can narrow down the possible years.

I agree with your assessment. I have often wondered how does something like this escape the mint? In bags, then found when they cannot be rolled? Interesting piece.

My guess is Off center with brockage? Nice piece whatever it is.

Not really sure but it looks like an off Center struck through a late-stage die cap.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.

I can see why you acquired it though tropicalbats my favourite is multiple errors this one is eye candy to me. My thought was off center capped die lovely coin for your collection. And to think after all that it has been through the steps are still there...

Looks like a broadstrike of two overlapping off-center planchets.
